Mom and Baby Group Fitness Classes: Babies welcome, not required!
Work Out, Baby is a postnatal fitness class incorporating strength, cardio, toning, flexibility, and core work designed to get your body back into shape and free of the aches and pains of motherhood. Let us make sure your baby stays content, while you build up a good sweat, rediscover your abdominal muscles, strengthen your pelvic floor, open those tight shoulders, relieve those achy back muscles, and tone your whole body. Classes are limited to 6-8 students and are already filling up, so make sure to sign up as soon as possible.
Work Out Baby is meant for precrawlers. Please contact me if you would like to form a smaller group (2-3 people) training session or private training session with crawlers. A studio, a home or the park are all great locations to train with crawlers.
